Competitor totals shown for 5 users on each provider’s lowest published tier with IVR and ring-group support. Recording, E911, toll-free, and number porting are billed as add-ons or only available on higher tiers for most providers \u2014 those columns reflect what comes with the listed plan, not the maximum each can offer.
Competitors advertise "$15/user" and bury the cost in seat counts and feature unlocks. Our price is $97 flat for 5 users. If you need more, each seat is $19 — and we tell you up front.
No 250-minute caps on outbound. No "reasonable use" clauses on local inbound. Toll-free inbound includes 500 minutes/month — anything beyond bills at $0.025/min on your next statement, with the running total visible on your billing page. Service never blocks; you just see what you owe.
Switching phone systems shouldn't cost hundreds in porting fees. Tell us what numbers you have. We'll move them — no charge, no hassle.
Per company. It includes 5 user seats. Most small businesses will never need more.
Add more seats at $19/month each. No surprise overages — seats are added explicitly from your admin dashboard.
No. We include E911, CNAM, and setup. Outbound calling is unlimited across the US and Canada. Local inbound is unlimited. Toll-free inbound includes 500 minutes/month before usage-based billing kicks in (see the toll-free question below). Porting is free. The only extras are things you choose to add: more users, more numbers.
Each plan includes 500 toll-free inbound minutes per calendar month, pooled across all your toll-free numbers. Anything beyond that bills at $0.025/min on your next statement — service never blocks, calls keep coming through. Your /billing page shows your live usage so there are no surprises. The 500-minute allotment resets on the 1st of each calendar month and doesn't roll over.
Yes, and it's free. A typical port takes 2–4 weeks and is coordinated by our team. You can use a new number in the meantime.
Not yet. US and Canada calling are included. International outbound is on our roadmap — contact us if this is a deal-breaker.
Under 5 minutes for a new number. Signup is self-serve: pick an area code, enter payment, and you're live. Porting an existing number takes 2–4 weeks.
Yes. Monthly plans cancel with one click — service continues to the end of your current billing period and then stops. No contracts, no cancellation fee. Annual plans commit to the full year (that’s where the discount comes from) and are non-refundable mid-term; they renew automatically unless cancelled before the next renewal.
90 days on the monthly plan, 180 days on annual. Recordings are an opt-in $5/mo per-DID add-on (not enabled by default). Recordings are downloadable from the admin dashboard for the entire retention window; after expiry they are deleted automatically.
Yes. Blind transfer, attended transfer, and 3-way conferencing are all built into the softphone and SIP path. No add-on, no separate plan tier.
Roles handle that. Owners and Admins see everything; Agents only see the phone numbers they're assigned to (calls, messages, voicemails, contacts — all scoped). Every change is logged in the audit log so you have a record of who did what.
One monthly statement, itemized by line — base subscription, any extra seats or numbers, recording add-ons, toll-free overage, etc. Variable charges (overage minutes, new-number purchases, recording add-ons activated mid-cycle) all roll onto your next statement rather than appearing as separate charges throughout the month. Your /billing page shows a running total before the statement closes, so there are no surprises.
Yes. Auto top-up is an optional setting under /billing — when your account balance drops below a threshold, we automatically charge your saved card to keep service going. Combined with the standard 29-day grace period on subscription renewal failures, it's a real belt-and-suspenders against accidental disconnection.
