Can I keep my current cell number?

Yes. Porting is free and takes about 2–4 weeks. You upload your most recent cell bill, sign a one-page Letter of Authorization in the dashboard, and we coordinate the rest with your carrier. You can use a temporary local number during the port so nothing goes dark.

Does it work on my iPhone?

Yes. You can use the browser-based softphone, or install a free SIP app like Zoiper or Linphone on your iPhone or Android. The setup is a few taps; we provide the SIP credentials in your dashboard. Your business line rings on your phone without changing carriers.

What happens to calls after hours?

You decide. Set business hours per day of the week — calls during business hours ring your softphone (and optionally your cell). Calls after hours route to voicemail, with a transcript emailed instantly so you see who called and what they wanted. Or route after-hours calls to a different agent or a partner.

My brokerage requires a specific phone system. Can I still use this?

Yes — most agents use Text N Dial as their personal client line on top of whatever the brokerage provides. Your buyer and seller relationships travel with your business line, not the brokerage’s number.

Can my assistant or team see my numbers?

Yes, with role-based access. Owners see everything. Admins can manage settings. Agents see only the numbers and conversations you assign to them. Every change is logged in an audit trail.

Is texting buyers and sellers compliant?

Yes. We handle 10DLC brand and campaign registration end-to-end (the carrier-required process for business SMS), and the platform tracks opt-in consent per contact so you have a record. As long as you only message people who have given you permission, you’re compliant with TCPA.

How fast can I be live?

About five minutes with a new number — sign up, pick a local number in your market, enter payment, and your business line is active. Porting your existing cell takes 2–4 weeks.

Can I record calls?

Yes, with the optional recording add-on at $5/month per number. Useful for training new agents or having a record of conversations on disputed showings. Recordings are downloadable for 90 days (180 on annual plans) and then automatically deleted.
