Is there a contract or setup fee?+

No contracts and no setup fees. The Phone System is month-to-month and SMS plans bill monthly with carryover. Bulk DIDs are sales-quoted. Cancel anytime; you keep service through the end of any paid period.

Can I port my existing phone numbers?+

Yes. Porting is free on every plan. Upload your LOA through the dashboard and we handle the carrier-side paperwork. Most ports complete within 5 to 10 business days.

What happens if I need more than 5 users on the Phone System plan?+

Additional user seats are $19/month each. Extra local numbers are $5/month and extra toll-free numbers are $10/month. E911 and CNAM are included on every number at no extra charge.

Is E911 or CNAM extra?+

No. E911 registration and CNAM caller name are included on Phone System plans. Bulk DID accounts don’t carry E911 or CNAM line items — wholesale resellers handle 911 dispatch and caller ID branding through their own downstream systems, so we don’t register or bill them on our side.

Do I need to register for 10DLC separately?+

No. We handle 10DLC brand and campaign registration end-to-end, including TCR fees and carrier approvals. Your messages are carrier-registered before they send.

How is bulk DID pricing structured?+

Bulk DID is custom-quoted to your volume and use case — resellers, call centers, political vendors, and high-volume buyers all get different mixes. Tell us what you need and we respond within one business day.
